Copper, Moonlight, and Dune (seen above) are the available interior colors for the North American market. Buzz models will start with the rear-wheel-drive Pro S at $61,545 (including $1,550 destination charge) with a second-row bench seat to accommodate up to seven passengers. The rear-wheel-drive Pro S Plus with standard bench seating and available captain’s chair package with seating for six, starts at $65,045 and will have a head-up display and a 14 speaker 700-watt harman/kardonTM sound system. The launch-only 1st Edition rear-wheel-drive starts at $67,045 and 4Motion AWD at $71,545 MSRP and they come with the Dune interior and five two-tone exteriors when they arrive later this year.

Volkswagen ID. Buzz three-row Microbus Coming Next Year
Volkswagen ID. Buzz three-row Microbus, nearly 10 inches longer than the two-row European Buzz that debuted in 2022, sits on a 127.5-inch wheelbase versus 117.6 inches for the two-row. The new APP550 rear-mounted motor is a PMS (permanent magnet synchronous) design that produces 282 horsepower with a 91 kWh (gross) battery mounted in the floor. All-wheel drive is available for the three-row ID. Buzz at launch, with about 330 horsepower and dual motors. The new electric motor of the ID. Buzz increases the top speed to an electronically limited 99 mph, up from the two-row’s 90 mph. The three-row ID. Buzz is planned for sale in the North American market starting in 2024.

All-new Volkswagen ID. Buzz Coming To The U.S. In 2024
The all-new Volkswagen ID. Buzz lineup will come to European market with 82 kWh battery powering 201 horsepower electric motor in the third quarter of this year, with more battery versions with various power output levels expected to follow in 2023. The standard length ID. Buzz will launch with five seats while the ID. Buzz Cargo van will have three seats in the front. A long-wheelbase passenger model will debut for the North American market in 2023 and go on sale in 2024. The standard wheelbase measures 117.6 inches with a total length of 185.5 inches and 78.1 inches wide, excluding wing mirrors. With DC-fast charging, the battery charge level rises from 5 to 80 percent in just 30 minutes. Details for the U.S. version will be available closer to launch.
