Atlas Cross Sport GT Concept
The Atlas Cross Sport GT Concept 5-seater SUV, featuring a lowered suspension and custom wheels, is powered by a modified 2.0-liter TSI® engine delivering more than 300 horsepower paired to a seven-speed DSG® automatic transmission with the standard 4Motion® all-wheel-drive system. The Atlas Cross Sport GT Concept will be at select events across the USA later this year.
2022 Porsche Macan Starts At $56,250 Next Spring
2022 Porsche Macan is powered by a 261 horsepower turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, the Macan S has a 375 horsepower 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 and the GTS variant has a 434 horsepower version of the 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 engine, all mated to a 7-speed dual clutch PDK transmission. The 2022 Macan models come standard with Lane Departure Warning as well as front and rear Park Assist with a rear-view camera. Options include self-steering Park Assist, adaptive cruise control, Lane Keep Assist and the blind spot monitoring Lane Change Assist function. The 2022 Porsche Macan is expected to arrive early next year with a starting MSRP of $56,250 (including $1,350 for delivery, processing, and handling). The 2022 Porsche Macan S and GTS are expected to reach U.S. dealers in the Spring. The Macan S has an MSRP of $66,750 while the Macan GTS starts at $81,250.
New 2022 Audi RS 3 Coming Early Next Year
The new Audi RS 3, powered by a 394 horsepower five-cylinder 2.5 TFSI mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, comes standard-equipped with a torque splitter which helps ensure that the right amount of torque is optimally distributed along the rear axle. The standard RS sports suspension features newly developed shock absorbers and a valve system both specific to the RS 3. The displays appear in the 12.3-inch Audi virtual cockpit plus, which comes standard. The Audi RS 3 Sedan is expected to be available in early 2022.
2022 Volkswagen Mk8 Golf GTI and Golf R Coming In 4th Quarter
2022 Volkswagen Mk8 Golf GTI is powered by a 241 horsepower 2.0-liter turbocharged direct-injection TSI® engine and Golf R (pictured above), powered by a 315 horsepower version of the same engine paired with a standard six-speed manual transmission or an optional seven-speed DSG® dual-clutch automatic. Both with wheelbases unchanged from the previous generation. The 10.25-inch Digital Cockpit Pro is standard and the IQ.DRIVE® suite of driver assistance technology is available on GTI and Golf R models, including Travel Assist (semi-automated driving assistance); Front Assist (Forward Collision Warning and Autonomous Emergency Braking with Pedestrian and Cyclist Monitoring); Active Blind Spot Monitor; Rear Traffic Alert; Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC); Lane Assist (Lane Keeping System); and Emergency Assist (semi-automated vehicle assistance in a medical emergency, DSG only). 2022 GTI, in its eighth generation, has a starting MSRP of $30,540 (including $995 destination) for the S model with manual transmission. The fifth iteration of the Golf R starts at $44,460 with manual transmission. The 2022 Golf GTI and Golf R are expected to reach U.S. dealers in Q4 2021.
2022 Jeep Compass Starts At $26,490 This Fall
The 2022 Jeep Compass, which starts at $26,490 (including $1,495 destination), is powered by 177 horsepower 2.4-liter Tigershark four-cylinder engineand mated to either a nine-speed automatic transmission (4x4) or six-speed automatic transmission (4x2) delivering up to 31 miles per gallon highway (4x2), a highway driving range of more than 400 miles and a maximum towing capacity of up to 2,000 pounds (4x4 models). 2022 Jeep Compass has an all-new interior with advanced safety and security features, including semi-autonomous driving and a host of next-generation technologies including a new 10.1-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen radio and a new available 10.25-inch frameless full-color TFT cluster. The 2022 Jeep Compass comes in Sport, Latitude, Latitude LUX, Trailhawk and Limited trim levels starting this Fall.

The 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz Sport Adventure Vehicle, starting at $25,175 (including $1,185 freight charges) goes on sale in late July.
2022 BMW 230i and M240i Start Arriving In November
The 2022 BMW 230i, in its 2nd Generation, is 4.3-inches longer, 2.6-inches wider, 1.0-inch lower and has a 2.0-inch longer wheelbase than the 1st Generation 230i Coupe and powered by a 255 horsepower 2.0-liter 4-cylinder BMW TwinPower turbo engine mated to an eight-speed sport automatic transmission with launch control, rear wheel drive or rear-biased xDrive all-wheel drive and a completely revised chassis. The MSRP for 230i Coupe is $37,345.
The BMW M240i xDrive, which starts at $49,545, is powered by a 382 horsepower 3.0-liter inline 6-cylinder BMW TwinPower turbo engine. Frontal Collision Warning with braking is able to react to moving and stationary vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists. Lane Departure Warning with lane keep assist, which can be used between 44 – 130 mph, alerts the driver with steering wheel vibrations if they are unintentionally drifting out of their lane and helps them guide the car back onto the correct course with a steering input. Market launch is set for November for the 230i and M240i xDrive Coupes with the 230i xDrive and M240i Coupes to follow.
Lotus Emira Coming Next Spring
The Lotus Emira is an all-new mid-engine premium sports car powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine at launch while from Summer 2022, the Emira will be powered by an AMG turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder ‘i4’ mated to a choice of a manual, automatic or Dual Clutch Transmission. The Emira is built on the recently announced new Lotus Sports Car Architecture using the same bonded extruded aluminum chassis technology which debuted on the Elise. Access to the car’s infotainment system is via a 10.25-inch centrally mounted touch-screen, with an additional 12.3-inch TFT driver’s display behind the steering wheel. Deliveries will start next Spring.
Volvo Concept Recharge
The Volvo Concept Recharge is a preview to the next generation of all-electric Volvos with designers repositioning the seats, optimizing the roof profile and lowering the hood but retaining the high eye point of the existing XC40, XC60 and XC90 models. By removing the engine and replacing it with a full battery pack under the flat floor, the wheelbase has been extended.
Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT Starts At $182,250 In Early 2022
The new Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT, only available in the Coupe body style, is powered by a 631 horsepower 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine mated to a modified eight-speed Tiptronic S automatic transmission to offer quicker shift times. The Cayenne Turbo GT is available to order now and expected to reach U.S. dealers in early 2022 for $182,150 (including a $1,350 delivery, processing and handling fee).

2022 Honda Civic Hatchback
The 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback EX-L and Sport Touring trims are powered by a 180 horsepower turbocharged 1.5-liter 4-cylinder engine with a new 6-speed manual transmission available in Sport and Sport Touring grades. Compared to the 10th-generation Civic Hatchback, its windshield pillars also have been moved rearward by nearly 2 inches (1.96 inches), its wheelbase is 1.4-inches longer and its rear track is 0.5-inch wider. Civic Hatchback includes all of the technological updates made to the 2022 Civic Sedan, including a new standard single-camera Honda Sensing® suite of safety and driver-assistive technologies. Key options include a 9” color touchscreen, Bose premium sound system and a 10.2-inch all-digital instrument display. In addition to the standard Normal and Eco driving modes, 2.0L Sport and 1.5L Sport Touring trims of the 2022 Civic Hatchback with the CVT now feature a user-selectable Sport mode.

The 2021 Acura TLX Type S is powered by a 355 horsepower turbocharged 3.0-liter DOHC V6 engine featuring a sport-tuned, quicker shifting 10-speed automatic transmission, which has been strengthened to handle the increased horsepower and torque of the new engine. Additionally, the standard torque vectoring Super Handling All-Wheel Drive™ (SH-AWD®) has been optimized. The 2021 TLX Type S starts at $53,325 (including $1,025 destination) and $54,125 with available High Performance Wheel and Tire Package. 2022 Kia Soul Starts at $20,365
The 2022 Kia Soul model, powered by either a 147 horsepower 2.0-liter I4 or 201 horsepower 1.6-liter turbocharged I4 engine, gets updates to the S, X-Line and GT-Line that include a standard 10.25-inch display screen with navigation, dual automatic climate control, push-button start with engine immobilizer, wireless smartphone charger and dual USB chargers. The LX with manual transmission variant is discontinued. The new LX Technology Package adds Blind Spot Collision Warning, Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Avoidance Assist, Lane Change Assist, Forward Collision Avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist and Driver Attention Warning. The LX, the standard screen on the head unit is now eight inches (up one inch from last year’s model). The Soul LX 2.0L starts at $20,365 (including $1,175 destination).

2022 Kia Telluride Starts At $34,015
The 2022 Kia Telluride, with year-on-year sales up 68 percent and powered by a 291 horsepower 3.8L V6 engine, starts at $34,015 (including $1,225 destination) and adds the new Kia badging, slightly redesigned radiator grille and a larger 10.25-inch navigation display, fully automatic temperature control and highway driving assist to the LX and S trims, as well as Navigation Based Smart Cruise Control-Curve to all trims.
